Cotton-sucking pest: Spider mite

It is an acute and persistent pest of cotton and is a common pest common in cotton growing areas. Canadian summer offspring develop a generation in 8-12 days, May 15-20 days, April 25-30 days. During the year, 4-20 generations develop, of which 3-12 are in cotton. During development, 40% and more of them naturally die out. The female lives 30-40 days, laying 100-160 eggs in medium-fiber cotton varieties. It lays 40-50 eggs in fine-fiber cotton and lives 10-15 days, lays up to 30 eggs in weeds, lives more than 10 days.

Control measures:
